Belinda McKeon is the author of two novels: Tender (2015), which is published by Picador when she is in Borris, and Solace (2011), which won the Faber Prize and was named Bord Gáis Energy Irish Book of the Year. Her essays and journalism have appeared in the New York Times, the Paris Review, the Guardian and elsewhere, and she is also a playwright. She has lived in New York for the past ten years and teaches at Rutgers University.
