James Tierney is the former Attorney General of Maine. Having taught at Columbia and Yale Law Schools he is now a Lecturer in Law at Harvard Law School where he teaches and counsels state and local officials on legal and ethical issues. He maintains an active web presence at stateag.org and is deeply involved in the state based opposition to the initiatives of President Trump.
