He is a contributing editor to the London Review of Books, and his journalism has appeared in The Guardian, the Daily Telegraph, The New Yorker, and The New York Review of Books. His books Whoops! Why Everyone Owes Everyone and No One Can Pay and Capital are a non-fiction account of the credit crunch.
