Rob Penn is an author, journalist, TV presenter and avid cyclist. He is a man that has a hunger for adventure and discovery. His latest book, The Man Who Made Things Out of Trees, follows his journey from cutting down an Ash Tree, to travelling round the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia and the USA to make it in to various things. He lives in a wooded valley in the Black Mountains, South Wales, with his wife, three children, two spaniels and a collection of axes.
