Local musicians playing a variety of folk-based tunes and songs. Hailing from the parishes of Gowran, Rathanna and Wairarapa (New Zealand), the three-piece range over a wide-ish musical territory but a small geographical one. Their repertoire covers traditional Irish music through to folk and country. Over the last few years they have more or less stayed within a few miles of the Barrow River, playing only the very best local grocery bars and the Rathanna Hall. With mandolin, box accordion and a beat-up guitar they play jigs, polkas, waltzes and reels alongside narrative songs sung with a Kiwi twang.
